Chief Medical Officer Announces Intention to Retire

PHILADELPHIA, PA, March 10, 2008 — Susan F. Langer, M.D., Chief Medical Officer and Vice President, R&D, has announced her intention to retire from Iroko Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Dr. Langer joined Iroko in May 2007, assisting in building and leading the Medical and R&D function.

Osagie Imasogie, Chairman of Iroko, stated: "When we founded and created Iroko last March, Susan agreed to delay her retirement from a distinguished career in the pharmaceutical industry, to assist us in building a unique and successful specialty pharmaceutical company. With our successes over the past year, Susan advised us that it is time to move forward on the transition and succession process. I know I am speaking for everyone at Iroko when I say that we are deeply grateful for her service to Iroko and we will miss her judgment, experience, enthusiasm, and professionalism."
