Paul Hemsley has more than 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies and consulting firms. 

He was Vice President, Global Strategic Planning, and Vice President, Marketing, at Novartis (formerly Chiron) Vaccines. Earlier, as a management consultant, he advised life-sciences companies on commercial and R&D strategy, and worked at Glaxo Wellcome (Burroughs Wellcome) as a clinical research scientist, a global brand manager, and a corporate strategy advisor. 

Paul received his B.Sc. in Physiology and Ph.D. in Neurobiology from the University of London. He also holds an MBA.
