The Iroko Compliance Program

Iroko’s Compliance Program is designed to:

  • Prevent, detect, and correct violations of law and company policies and procedures
  • Assure the establishment of compliance-related policies and procedures for business operations
  • Assure development of training and other programs designed to educate employees regarding applicable policies, standards, and codes
  • Implement a mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of essential elements of the Compliance Program
  • Implement a mechanism for internal reporting to enable timely investigation and resolution
  • Assure appropriate corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence of misconduct
