Iroko - conviction based portfolio management

Iroko’s asset acquisition strategy is founded on three principles:

Opportunistic
Iroko does not have a fixed investment ideology. This approach allows us to acquire assets for each of our funds in line with arising opportunities in the commercial real estate market across Western Europe. As a result, we can take advantage of dynamic market opportunities. Being agile today offers us the possibility to seize opportunities in tomorrow’s markets.

Diversification
As part of our approach to risk management, Iroko has implemented a diversification strategy, both in terms of geography and asset class. This means our portfolios are exposed to several economies and various sectors which reduces the impact of any market volatility in a given industry.

Granularity
Iroko has chosen a granular approach to our investments. With modest-sized assets and holdings, averaging of €6 million in direct ownership and €1 million in indirect ownership, it reinforces its objective of ultradiversification and liquidity. A rather demanding strategy, with no room for complacency avoids direct competition with traditional asset managers and effectively strikes the balance between risk and return.
